Section 6 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Ritual and Practice of Burying Alive of a Person Act, 2002

Penalty

Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 3. 4 or 5 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
