Section 14 of The Khangchendzonga Buddhist University, Sikkim Act, 2020 — University to be a Not-for-profit Entity

Official Legislative Text

(1) The University shall be a not-for-profit legal entity. (2) No portion of the surplus in revenue of such university, if there is any after meeting all expenditure in regards to its operations under this Act, shall be invested for any purpose other than for the growth and development of this University or for conducting research within the University.
