Section 12 of The Nathdwara Temple Act, 1959 — Liability for loss etc

Every member of the Board including the President and the Vice-President shall be liable for the loss, waste or misapplication of any money or other property belonging to, or constituting the endowment if such loss, waste or misapplication is a direct consequence of his wilful act or omission while holding office, and a suit for compensation may be instituted against him by the Board or by the State Government.
