Section 25 of The Brij University, Bharatpur Act, 2012 — Finance Committee

(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-
- (a)the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;
- (b)the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Finance Department, or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan;
- (c)the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Higher Education Department, or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan;
- (d)one member of the Board, to be nominated by the Board from amongst its non-official members;
- (e)two professors, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board; and
- (f)the Comptroller, who shall be the Member-Secretary of the Committee.
- (2)The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (d) and
- (e)shall be two years.
