Section 32 of The Orissa Prohibition Act, 1956 — Tourists' permits

(1) The State Government may, by rules or an order in writing, authorise an officer to grant tourists' permits to consume, use and buy foreign liquor to a person who is a tourist.(2) A tourist permit may be granted for the period of the tourist's intended stay in the State, but shall in no case be granted for a period exceeding one month.(3) Such permits shall be available at such places as may be notified by the Prohibition Commissioner in this behalf.
