Section 36 of The Nagaland Village and Area Councils Act, 1978 — Decision on Question of Disqualification of Member

If any question arises as to whether a member of an Area Council has been subject to disqualification, the question shall be referred to the decision of the State Government whose decision thereon shall be final.
