Section 3 of The Meghalaya Disclosure Act, 2010 — Obltgation of Municipality

Every municipality shall maintain and publish all its records duly catalogUed and indexed, in a manner and such form which enables the municipality under this Act to disclose the required information as specified in Part-A and Part-B of Appendix to this Act at quarterly intervais.
