Section 3 of Maharashtra Tax Laws (Levy, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2015 — AMENDMENT TO THE MAHARASHTRA STATE TAX ON PROFESSIONS, TRADES, CALLINGS AND EMPLOYMENTS ACT, 1975

In SCHEDULE I appended to the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1975, in entry 1, for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :— “ (b)

(i)in case of a male, exceed Rs. 7,500. . 175 per month. but do not exceed Rs. 10,000 ;
(ii)in case of a female, do not exceed. . Nil.”.
