Subject to the general superintendence, direction, and control of the Divisional Election Authority, the District Election Authority shall be responsible for the conduct, coordination, and supervision of all tasks related to the conduct of elections for members of the Management Committee, President of the Water Users Association and Distributary Committee, and the Chairperson and members of the Management Committee of the Project Committee.
