Section 6 of The Kerala Lime Shells (Control) Act, 1957 — Duty to declare possession of excess stocks

Any dealer or producer licensed under this Act, having in his possession a quanity of lime-shells exceeding that permitted under this Act, shall forthwith report the fact to the Licensing Authority and shall take such action as to the storage, distribution or disposal of the excess quantity as the Licensing Authority may direct.
