Section 13 of The Kerala Khadi Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1989 — Priority to payment of contribution over other debts

Where any Khadi Institution liable to pay contribution to the Fund under section 4 is adjudicated as insolvent, the contribution due to the Fund shall be deemed to be included among the debits of the insolvent institution and be paid in priority to all other debts in the distribution of property or assets of such institution.
