Section 13 of The Kitturu Development Authority Act, 2011 — General disqualification for services under the Authority

General disqualification for services under the Authority.- No person who has directly or indirectly by himself or through his partner or through his agent, has any share or interest in any contract, by or on behalf of the Authority shall become or remain an officer or employee of the Authority.
