Section 42 of Himachal Pradesh Court Fees Act — Power to enhance, reduce, remit or refund fees

The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, enhance, reduce, remit or refund, all or any of the fees provided in this Act or specified in the First and Second Schedules appended to the Act; or otherwise amend the said Schedules and may in the like manner rescind or amend such notification.
