Section 17 of The Kaushalya the Skill University Act, 2021 — Powers of Chairman of Board

(1) The Chairman shall preside over the meetings of the Board and at the convocation of the University. (2) The Chairman shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by or under this Act or regulations.
