THE GOA WEIGHTS AND MEASURES (ENFORCEMENT) ACT, 1968 (Act No. 9 of 1968) [30th April, 1968]
An Act to provide for the enforcement of standard weights and measures and for matters connected therewith. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa, Daman and Diu in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows: —
