Power to make rules.—

(1)The Government may make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Chapter.
(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for—
1. (a)the manner in which the tenant should intimate the land lord and the Mamlatdar under sub-section
(2)of section 18B;
1. (b)the form of public notice and the manner in which it is so be published under sub-section
(1)of section 18C;
1. (c)any other matter which is required to be prescribed".]
