Section 54 of The Goa Command Area Development Act, 1997 — Regulations

The Command Area Development Board may, with the previous approval of the Government, after previous publication, by notification in the Official Gazette, make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder, for enabling it to discharge its functions under this Act.
