Section 2 of The Bihar Appropriation (No.-4) Act, 2019 — Withdrawal of total Rs.- 12457,61,90,000 (Rs. Twelve thousand four hundred fifty

seven crore sixty one lac and ninety thousand), out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Bihar for the year 2019-20.—Total Rs.- 12457,61,90,000 (Rs. Twelve thousand four hundred fifty seven crore sixty one lac and ninety thousand), which will not be more than the amount mentioned in column 6 of the schedule of this Act may be withdrawn from The Consolidated Fund of The State of Bihar to meet various expenses to be incurred related to the payment during the year commencing from 01 April, 2019 in relation to the services mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule of this Act.
