Section -5 of the said Act shall be substituted by the following:- “5. Services/Cadre/Posts/for which The commission may recommend for appointment:—The commission may recommend for appointments to all
General/Technical/non technical services/ cadres/ posts under the State Government and its field offices having grade-pay less than Rs.4800 grade pay (Rs four thousand eight hundred) (as revised from time to time) and as provided in the Rules.’’
