Section 2 of The Bihar School Examination Board (Amendment) Act, 2019 — Amendment of Sub-Section (4) of Section

4 of the Bihar School Examination

Board Act, 1952. Sub-section (4) of section-4 of the Bihar School Examination Board Act, 1952 shall be substituted by the following :-

“(4) Subject to the provision of sub-section (2), the term of office of the Chairman and the members other than the ex-officio member, shall be for a period of three years from the date of the publication of their names in the Official Gazette or till further order as directed by the State Government (which ever is earlier).”
