Section 26 of The Veterinary Council Act, 1979 — Appeal to State Government from decision of Council

(1) An appeal shall lie to the State Government from every decision of the Council under Section 23 or 25. (2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months from the date of such decision.
