Section 16 of The Assam State Youth Commission Act, 2022 — Power to make rules

(1) The State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters namely:- (a) remuneration and allowances payable to and the other terms and conditions of service of the Chairman, the Vice Chairman and Members under sub-section (5) of section 4 and officers and other employees under sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Act; (b) allowances for attending the meeting of the committee by the co-opted person under sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Act;(c) other matters under clause(vi) of sub-section (3) of section 10 of the Act;(d) the form in which the annual statement of account shall be maintained under sub-section (1) of section 12 of the Act; (e) the form in and the time at which the annual report shall be prepared under section 13 of the Act; (f) any other matter which is required to be, or may be prescribed.
