Section 1 of Assam Act Xu of 1972 — Short title, extent and commencement

- (1)This Act may be called the Assam Finance Act, 1972. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Assam. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of April, 1972.
