- (a)The Assam Board of Revenue (Amendment) Ordinance, 1974 is hereby repealed. (b) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance as repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the Assam Board of Revenue (Amendment) Act, 1974 as if the Assam Board of Revenue (Amendment) Act, 1974 had commenced on the Sixteenth day of July, 1974 (date of promulgation of the Ordinance).
