Section 59 of The Global University, Arunachal Pradesh Act, 2015 — Power to make rules

(1) The Competent Authority of the university may make rules for all or any of the provisions of this Act, as may be deemed expedient, to carry out the provision of the Act. (2) All rules made under this Act shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly as soon as it is made.
