Section 3 of The Arunachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Act, 2018 — Amendment of section 9

In the Principal Act, in section 9, after sub-section(3), the following proviso shall be inserted,- " Provided that the State Government may review the size of the population for determining the area of Gram Panchayats from time to time".
