Section 3 of The Madhya Pradesh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha Evam Neta Pratipakha Vetan Tatha Vidhi (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2010 — Amendment of Section 3

3. In Section 3 of the Principal Act,

1. (i)in sub-section (1), for the words "nine thousand" and "six thousand", the words "thirteen thousand" and "ten thousand" shall respectively be substituted;
2. (ii)in sub-section (2), for the words "twelve thousand", the words "eighteen thousand" shall be substituted;
3. (iii)in sub-section (3), for the words "five hundred", the words "eight hundred" shall be substituted;
