Bar of jurisdiction of civil court No Civil Court shall have the jurisdiction to deal with or decide any question which the Fee Regulatory Committee or, as the case may be, the Fee Revision Committee is empowered to deal with or decide with by or under this Act and no injunction shall be granted by any civil court in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act.
