Amendment of section 185 In the principal Act, in section 185, for sub-section (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:--
- (1)The Municipal Board may, from time to time, impose such tax, toll, fee or rate as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf:
