Amendment of section 123. In the principal Act, in section 123,
- (i)in sub-section (1), for the word "Commissioner", the words "Executive Officer" shall be substituted;
- (ii)in sub-section (2), for the word "Commissioner", wherever it occurs, the words "Executive Officer" shall be substituted.
