Amendment of section 258 106. In the principal Act, in section 258, after sub-section (2), the following new sub-section shall be inserted, namely:— "(3) Any bye-laws framed under this section shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date of such publication or from such other date as may be specified in the notification."
