Section 39. of Uttarakhand Haridwar University Act, 2022 — Provident Fund and pension

The University shall constitute for the benefits of its employees such provident or pension fund and provide such insurance scheme as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Statues or Rules.
