Section 38. of Uttarakhand Haridwar University Act, 2022 — Right to appeal

Every employee or student of the University or of other Constituent College, Regional Centre, Study Centre, Research Centre and Career Academy Centre shall, notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, have a right to appeal within such time as may be prescribed, to the Board of Management against the decision and there upon the Board of Management may confirm, modify or change or set-aside the decision appealed against.
