Section 40 of The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education Act, 1963 — The members of the Board and of every Committee or Council constituted under this Act, persons in the service of the Board and any person appointed under this Act to audit the accounts of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code
