Preamble
- Section 22 (1) The annual meeting of the Board shall be held in the month of July each year.
- Section 23 The Board shall make regulations relating to meetings of any Committee constituted under this Act and the procedure to be followed at such meetings.

42PreviousSection 42 (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any 44NextSection 44 For removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that an order of supersession made under section 41 shall not effect or imply in any way the dissolution of the Board as a body corporate.
