23PreviousSection 23 On the office of the President or any member becoming vacant by his removal, resignation, death or otherwise, a new President or member shall be elected, nominated or co-opted, as the case may be, in his place, in the manner provided in this Act, and such President or member shall hold office so long as the President or the member whose place he fills would have been entitled to hold office, if such vacancy had not occurred.]425NextSection 25 The mutewalli of any waqf may apply by petition to the Board for its opinion, advice or direction on any question affecting the management or administration of the property of such waqf and the Board shall give its opinion, advice, or direction thereon :
