Section 2 of The Uttar Pradesh Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Act, 2020 — Amendment in section 3 of U.P. Act no. 14 of 1981

2. In sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981 hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :- "Provided that the Chief Minister, every Minister, Minister of State (Independent Charge) and Minister of State shall be, from April, 2020 to March, 2021, entitled to only Seventy percent of the salary, Constituency Allowance and Secretarial Allowance payable to them per month."
