1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Act, 2020. (2) The provision of section 3 of this Act shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the Gazette and remaining provisions shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from April 1, 2020.
