Section 6 of The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2018 — Amendment of section 9

In section 9 of the principal Act in sub-section (1) after the existing proviso the following proviso shall be inserted, namely : "Provided further that in case of direct purchase from farmers, to set up collection/ aggregation centers in the proximity of the production area and for the private market yard, Director, Agricultural Marketing shall be the Licensing Authority for that market area."
