Section 3 of The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2018 — Insertion of new section 2-A

After section 2 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely :- "2-A. The agriculturist/producer may sell his produce according to his choice anywhere in or outside this State: Provided that no market fee shall be collected for wholesale transition from agriculturist – seller: Provided further that no market fee shall be levied or collected on the retail sale of any specified agricultural produce, where such sale is made by an agriculturist or a producer directly to the consumer for his domestic consumption."
