Section 3 of The Uttar Pradesh Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University (Amendment) Act, 2020 — Amendment of section 4

3. For section 4 of the principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely :- "4. The University may accept any financial assistance offered to it in the form of grant-in-aid, donation or any other form by the Central Government, the State Government of Uttar Pradesh or any other State Government or a Union Territory or any body or corporation owned or controlled by any of the said Government or from any non-governmental organizations, institutions or from an individual: Provided that the financial assistance given by a non-governmental unit or an individual shall be legally acquired."
