2. In the Uttar Pradesh Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act for the word, "Handicapped" wherever occurring including heading, long title and marginal headings, the word "Divyanga" shall be substituted.
