Section 23 of The Tripura Tax on Luxuries in Hostels and Lodging Houses Act, 1990 — Protection of acts done in good faith. No suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer, authority or person empowered to exercise the powers and perform the functions by or under this Act, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or orders made thereunder
