26PreviousSection 26 The Court may, on the application of any person interested in any property attached under this Act, and after giving the Competent Authority an opportunity of being heard, make such orders as the Court considers just and reasonable for:28NextSection 28 Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provision of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any otherlaw or custom or usage or instrument for the time being in force.
