23PreviousSection 23 All cases involving investment of Rs. 5 lakhs and above shall be referred to25NextSection 25 If on the winding up or dissolution of the Board there shall remain after satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities any assets and properties whatsoever, the same shall not be paid to or distributed among the members of the Board or any of them but shall be dealt with in such manner as the State Government may determine.
