Section 11 Thetermof officeof theAreaSabhaandtheWardsCommittee
Section 12 TheWardsCommitteeshalldischargeandperformthefollowing
Section 13 TheWardsCornntitteeshallhavetherightto,-
Section 16 TheMunicipalitybudgetshallbe theaggregateof allthebudgets
Section 17 TheMunicipalityshallbe responsibleforprovidingadministrative
Section 18 In additionto thefunctionsanddutiesassignedtotheWards
Section 19 Theprovisionsof thisActshallbein addition-to theprovisionsof
