Section 27 of P.V. Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University Act, 2005. — Any Casual vacancy among the members, other than ex-officio members, of any authority shall be filled as soon as conveniently may be, by the person, or authority who appointed, nominated or co-opted the member whose place has become vacant and the person appointed or nominated or co-opted to a casual vacancy shall be a member of such authority for the residue of the term of the person whose place he fills

26PreviousSection 26 Every Authority shall have power to constitute committees which may, unless otherwise provided in this Act, consist of the Members of the Authority and such other persons as it nominate.28NextSection 28 The Board shall remove any person from the membership of any authority on the ground that such person was convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
