Section 15 of The Mahesh Bhattacharyya Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital ( Taking Over of Management and Subsequent Acquisition ) Act, 1985 — The provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any other law
