12PreviousSection 12 Members of Board etc..to be public servants. —Every member of the14NextSection 14 Power of Government to issue directions—(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act it shall be lawful for the Government to issue directions to the Board in matters relating to State and National Policies and such directions shall be binding on the Board.
