Section 33 of The JAMMU AND KASHMIR MUNICIPAL ACT, 2000
- (1)Minutes of the proceedings at each meeting of a municipality shall be drawn up and recorded in a book to be kept for the purpose, which shall be signed by the Chairman of the meeting or of the next ensuing meeting.
- (2)The minutes of the proceedings referred to under sub-section (1) shall be published in such manner as the Government may direct, and shall, at all reasonable times and without charge, be open to inspection by any inhabitant.
- (3)A copy of resolution passed at any meeting of a municipality shall, within three days from the date of the meeting, be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner and the Director.
